I use Artwork Downloader for all of my art. Each movie is in its own folder with its art. The art is named poster.png, fanart.png, clearart.png, and logo.png. I also have NFO files in each folder so I should be prepared if I have to rebuild my library. Kodi will automatically pull the poster and fanart, but not the logo and clearart.
